Crossroads
Valley High School Crossroads Program Website
Crossroads is a program in the APS Student, Family, and Community Supports Division, which provides substance use prevention and intervention services to APS high schools.
The objectives of the crossroads program are to prevent and reduce alcohol, tobacco/nicotine, other drug use, and to improve academic performance and overall student wellness.
Services are available to any student who attends Valley, and the services provided are confidential in nature (except in cases of reported abuse, neglect, suicidal ideation, and/or safety threats.) Students may seek assistance from the Crossroads Counselor to ask questions and obtain information about substances, even if the student does not have a problem with substance use, or in cases where there may be substance use with another family member.
